• INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS REAL ESTATE :  acting as third party asset manager & developer for investors & developers : as associate, co-develop first projects representing 80.000 m2 of new logistic warehouses in the East and South of France (including sourcing, lobbying, land contracting, permitting, feasibilities, market connexion...). Pipeline > 660.000 m2 GLA
• NTT Global Data centers (Japan data & IT operator), support & represent the expansion team in France to securize first permiting modification for a campus of 60.000 m2 of 3 data centers in south of Paris. Report to the UK/European team. Expertise of a complexe project.
• IDEX (Antin Infrastructure Partners, Energy sector), define and support, with the group management team, the new development strategy to real estate market for clean energies solution deployment (design, finance capex, built & manage energy solutions : energy trading, solar panel, EV charging, heating & cold solution, geothermal etc...). Strategy and business development.
• PROLOGIS (Nyse listed : PLD), as VP Development for Southern Europe (short mission), define strategic plan to deploy with Energy teams Solar, EV charging, Heat Pumps, Building Management Systems in Europe + support teams with development projects (design, commercial origination and under construction) in Southern Europe

• Environment : expertise in complexe brownfield and industrial site (re) developments
• Metropole du Grand Paris : Contribution to the Energy and Renovation Housing plan + the Climate Adaptation plan (update of PCAEM in 2025)

Long term investor, developer and asset manager : new projects and acquisition under my tenure : P3 Seclin, P3-La Poste Rouen, P3 Laon, P3-JJA (sales & lease back) , P3 For sur Mer (Befa) ... Asset portfolio management from 84 % to 100 % occupancy with an effective rent growth (+5% over teh period) and subtantial walb extension (3 to 4,3 years) with new blue chip tenants

• NEINVER : help to enter the French market throught a JV - retail and factory outlet centers development and asset management for third parties
