Located in the southwest of France, SVP assesses the land’s potential, initiates project pre-development by securing an SPV model with the seller, and identifies a developer to construct a 50,000 m² logistics facility. As part of its role, SVP engages with local authorities to select a qualified developer and ensure the necessary zoning changes. Additionally, SVP conducts a thorough analysis of the project's urban economic potential, highlighting its future benefits for the region. Finally SVP is partnering with the developer to the whole development process to completion.
